Monday Meeting

My friend Lynda lives on the opposite side of Portland OR from me but gets her hair done in my little town of Troutdale. We try to meet for coffee or lunch when she comes my way about every 4-5 weeks.

I found a friendship ball at a sale and thought I would get the "ball" rolling! I used to sell them years ago at my shoppe. You are to fill it with tiny treats and give it to your friend . The next time you are with your friend she is to give it back, filled with something for you! Lynda thought it would be fun too. It will be interesting to see what we come up with for each other. We have known each other for about 30 years. Long time friends are a blessing.

I have a friendship ball that I share with one of my friends too. It's really a fun thing to do!

And I love Troutdale! A friend's daughter was married at Old Church downtown --- and they had the reception at a sweet restaurant right on the river there in Troutdale. Of course the outlet mall isn't bad either! LOL!

Happy spring!

I agree with you about long time friends... they are THE BEST!! My best friend and I met when we were two years old, because our mother's were friends. So as far back as our memories go... we have always known each other. I love the idea of a friendship ball and will have to go look for one. Hope you have a wonderful Easter.
