Happy Thanksgiving~Teacup Thursday # 81

Happy Thanksgiving to all my friends, family and blogger friends! It's turkey time! This is my 81st Teacup Thursday for Miss Spenser's Teacup Thursday. Another pattern by Johnson Brothers...His Majesty. A good name for Mr Turkey.

I only have 4 teacups and 4 dessert plates in this pattern, but it goes nicely with my other Johnson Brothers patterns. I have this set on a Charles Wysocki fall tray. I like his art work, especially the house and town scenes.

Here's some of his prints that I like...lots of fall color and subject matter.

As we are going out to eat with our daughters and their guys tomorrow, Jim asked me to roast a small turkey today, so we had turkey fixin's for dinner! It was yummy.

I didn't make the pie, but it sure was good. I like pumpkin but would never turn down an slice of apple pie!

I enjoyed a cup of Pumpkin Spice decaf tea by Stash. My friend Natalie served it at our tea last week and sent some home with me. It's really nice.

I hope you all have a great Thanksgiving. Our family has been very blessed this year and we have so much to be thankful for.

"Oh give thanks to the Lord, for he is good, for his steadfast love endures forever!" Psalm 107:1

Hi Linda..What a lovely turkey dinner you and your love had!

We have had a great year, too, and it was filled with blessings. I'm so grateful to God for everything. The MOST, however, is for our beautiful little sweet angel of a granddaughter. I love her so much!

So glad you are going to your daughter's tomorrow, too! Have FUN! Susan
