Tea Time Thursday #67

Happy March! Happy Tea Time Thursday! I haven't displayed my St Patrick's goodies outside of my tea room for years. Now that I have my new corner hutch, I thought it would be fun to so something different.

It was easy to fill up the my little corner of the world with tea time goodies~teapots, teacups and St Pat's things I have collected over the years. I do have a wee bit of Irish in my heritage!

I love this cream and sugar from Ireland. It's a bit rustic and charming.

A little sample of some of my cup and saucers. I just love St Pat's teacups!

Another sweet shelf in my hutch. I've had the clay pipe for years. I'm surprised it has survived. The girls used to play with it when they were little.

This little Leprechaun and Irish Miss have been dancing at my house for many years. So sweet!

One of my favorite tea cups. I love that the lady is spinning. I think she's spinning flax.

This is a newer teapot in my collection. It's Belleek and I absolutely adore the shape of it.

I like to use cloth napkins when I have a tea. There are lots of pretty paper napkins now, but there's just something special about a linen or cotton fabric tea time napkin. I even like to iron them. What do you
use when you have a tea?

Love love love your glimpse of Ireland through your teacups and other treasures :) - that spinning wheel teacup is such a special one, I can see why it's a favorite! I have a hand-embroidered shamrock tea-table cloth, but no napkins yet (though I do have some shamrock-printed cotton that I might make up before the 17th ....) Now, how about some Irish Breakfast tea to make it complete?

I love your napkin collection. I do think it makes Tea more special when using cloth napkins. But, paper ones are okay too. You have the perfect collection of things to serve a St. Patrick's Day Tea.
