Quiet Sunday Morning

A quiet and fresh morning here in Oregon. I love Sundays. I'm afraid it won't be a day of rest for the Colantino's. Jim is finishing up his show and I will go in later to help him pack up. We are so thankful for such a great show. It's a lot of work but a lot of fun too.

Yesterday I stopped at the local berry stand and found 3 of my favorites ready to go....raspberries, blueberries and strawberries. This six pack works great for us. They really will be "gon berries"
soon. I had to laugh when I read that....the Oregon had been cut off but gone is right at our house.

I think I am almost over this nasty bug. I didn't take any meds last night and slept fine. I started to feel like myself yesterday afternoon. This has just been the most lingering annoying cough/cold. I feel like I have lost a few weeks and that's always so hard for me. Thank you to my faithful blogger friends. I hope to get around to all of your blogs this week!

The weather is going to heat up this week...glad we have our little AC up. I know, it is summer. Can't have berries without summer.

Awwwww, Linda. Thanks for your sweet words on my blog.

Ohhhhhh, those berries. They'd be "gon" here, too. They look luscious.

How much does a box like that cost in Oregon? They'd be real expensive here.

Had guests for breakfast but after they were gone and the mountain of dishes was washed, I hunkered down in the air-conditioned living room. That's where I'm staying put. ha haha

Take care. Hope all the packing is done. Now for some relaxation! Hugs, Susan

Those are some tasty looking berries and I love the little box, too! Glad you are feeling better - summer colds are the worst - you wait all year for summer and then you don't feel well...:( Loving this warm weather! xo

Hello sweet Linda! So glad you are feeling better :) The berries look very tasty - perfect for a bowl of strawberries and cream.

I received a card in the mail yesterday from you, dear lady. You are an absolutely doll!! Thank you for your kindness, sincerity, and prayers, precious friend. It meant so much to me.

Also, I am having a tea cup exchange if you would like to join in :) It's on my blog.

Love and hugs to you!
