Teacup Thursday #10

I am a bit late posting my Teacup Thursday post. It's been a busy week and having our daughter home from New Mexico has made the routines a little different around the old homestead.
My husband bought this teacup at an estate sale recently. It is marked Prussia on it and it's just lovely. I like the colors and the softness of this one. It reminds me a bit of a cameo. The cameo in this post was a graduation gift to me from my husband~almost 40 years ago. It is one of my favorite gifts. The little shell purse was made by my grandmother's sister. I never met her and there was little to pass down in the family, so it too is a treasure.
I was so hopeful and excited to work in my yard last week and then the rains returned. I even started a fire in the woodstove last night as it was so chilly. Where is the sunshine?
Pop on over to Miss Spenser's Teacup Thursday to enjoy some wonderful posts from the ladies who have joined the group.

Your new Prussian tea cup is truly lovely! The coloring is so gorgeous. What a great find by your DH. The cameo too is so beautiful, and again, what a great thing for your DH to pick out for you and give to you as a gift!
What a dear little shell bag! It is a family treasure for sure!
